I published a punk rock zine in the late 90s, early 00s called UPRISING! The zine was quite successful, distributed worldwide and supported by multiple record labels. While I tried to focus on regional (Detroit, MI + Toledo, OH) punk rock bands, I covered a lot of national acts as well.

At the height of the pandemic in 2020, I dusted off the box of magazines and began typing up old interviews. Doing so inspired me to do some more writing. Noise Magazine and TGEFM were gracious enough to publish some of my interviews/articles.

While I don’t have near the time I did these days, I’m still a huge fan of punk rock. The site might not be as active as I’d like, but check back occasionally for updates and if you’re an active punk band, feel free to reach out via email or social channels.
